French Speakers Get New Sefer Torah

A new Sefer Toroh was completed and dedicated to the French-speaking Jewish community of New York at the CCF center this past Lag Ba’omer.

Rabbi Mikhael and Esther Cohen united the Francophone Jewish community of New York around the Sefer Torah in this year of Hakhel
