
City of Torah Salutes Russia’s Chief Rabbi
Dozens of Admorim, Gedolim Roshei Yeshiva, Rabbonim, Dayanim and community leaders gathered in Bnei Brak Sunday to congratulate the chief rabbi of Russia, Rabbi Berel Lazar, and his son and daughter-in-law at their Sheva Brochos.
The festive event took place at the grand Keter Harimon hall in the city.
Among those in attendance were: The Rebbes of Chernobyl, Slonim, Dushinsky, Sadigora, Nadvorna, Machnovka-Belza, Modzitz, Alexander, Zutchka, Starikov, Kopitchnitz, Shomrei Emunim, Deyesh, Sosov, Kodinov, Zhvehil-Bnei Brak, Ashlag, Bitchkov and Apala.
Also in attendance were: Rabbi M.Y. L. Landa – chief rabbi of Bnei Brak, Rabbi C. Vozner, Rabbi R. Y. M. Hager – son of the Rebbe of Vitzhnitz and dozens of other giants of Torah.
