Distinguished Rabbonim, Askanim and the Talmidim of Yeshivas Nefesh Dovid in Monsey for young men with hearing loss joined together to participate in a historic Siyum HaShas, conducted by an alumnus of the Yeshiva – Rabbi Isser Lubecki, who is currently serving as a Chabad Shliach in Paris, France, along with his wife and child.
