Since its inception eight years ago, JLI has enjoyed a steady expansion with new Shluchim joining each year and now boasts over 200 affiliates worldwide. With the success of each progressive course, the attendance at each location continues to swell creating an ever-expanding student base. To date, 60,000 students have graduated JLI’s courses.
Riding on the sensation of the very popular course “You be the Judge,” held in the fall, the new course also attracts thousands who are looking for the next, hot, “self-help” trend. Many are also drawn by the cachet that “Kabbalah” now has across America.
“What is so amazing about offering JLI courses at our Chabad House” writes a Shliach from the Midwest, “is that we are attracting the attention of Jews who otherwise would not necessarily sign up for a class.” The substantive courses are deep and thorough but also highly marketable to today’s busy Jew juggling the stresses of work and home.
The Kabbalah of Character examines the nature of the human soul providing students with the ability identify their particular dispositions and strengths. It then helps them to find ways to make the most of the gifts they have been given and find new meaning in each day. The course includes the wisdom of Chassidus augmented by inspiring stories, as well as interactive journal exercises and practical tools to help students apply the lessons to their own lives.

I’ve heard good feedback about this course and am wondering how I could take the course. I live in Jerusalem in a central location and would be delighted to help with the logistics to ensure a successful course. Who should I contact to help bring “The Kabbala of Character” to Jerusalem?
