French Parliamentarian Joins Lag Ba’omer Event

The Chabad French-Jewish Community Center of New York York hosted a grand Lag Ba’omer dinner, which was graced with the presence of Mr. Frederic Lefebvre, a member of the French Parliament and Minister of trade under former President Nicholas Sarkozy.

At the event, the writing of a new Sefer Torah was begun, with the aim of uniting the French-Jewish community in New York.

The French-Jewish Community Center of New York is led by Rabbi Mikhael and Esther Cohen.
