Campers Around the World Receive a Caring Message
MyShliach sent care packages of nosh and prizes to yaldei hashluchim in sixteen overnight camps, including CGI of Parksville, Detroit, Orlando, Pardas Chanah, Camp Emunah, Camp HASC, Camp Simcha, Jewish Girls’ Retreat and Camp Keilie.
Sending camp care packages to yaldei hashluchim is one of MyShliach’s summer projects, complementing its year-round programs which include the Ach/Achos Sheli Chavrusa Program, Yaldei HaShluchim Lending Library, and specialized Chayolei Tzivos Hashem programs.
MyShliach ensures that the yaldei hashluchim don’t feel forgotten during the summer months and cares for their well being all year round.

I have a child in camp in a bunk with a majority of Shluchim children. When most of the kids got a package he felt horrible, in addition some of the Shluchim kids taunted the ones who didn’t get…..
This is a PR stunt by an organization that is run by some people who don’t give much thought to what they are doing. A child can use a gift when they are home in their Shlichus city. When they are in camp they are having the time of their lives with many other Shluchim children this is unnecessary. The only advantage is you get a photo op. The money spent can be used in much better ways.
