Yaki Hershkop, a Lubavitcher Askan from Beitar Illit, Israel, invited and accompanied the mayor of Beitar Illit, Meir Rubestein, along with his assistant, Yehudah Deutsch, to the Rebbe’s Ohel on Sunday.

    Probably because they have a minhag to wear their Shabbos clothing when they daven at a kever of a Tzaddik HaDor.
