Mayor Congratulates Little Shliach on Upshernish

Yossi Baron celebrated his 3rd birthday and Upshernish on Tu B’shvat. The Mayor of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Norman Edelcup, sent Yossi’s parents, Rabbi Yisrael and Toby Baron, a special certificate to acknowledge and honor Yossi on this special milestone.
