Unprecedented Achdus in the Study of the Alter Rebbes Shulchon Oruch
This past Sunday thousands of yeshiva Bochurim gathered for “Shaarei Horaah’s” annual Kinus, the organization which encourages the study of the Alter Rebbes Shulchon Oruch lead by Rabbi Chaim Shmerler the Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivas Oraita.
Throughout the year 2,350 Bochurim undertook the study of Halachos according to a Seder set by the Rabbonim of Shaarei Horaah under the guidance of Gedolei Yisroel who instruct the organization ever step of the way.
About two weeks ago those who participated were tested for over two hours on the material which they had learned. Only those who scored above 80%, some 1,300 Bochurim, were invited to participate in a celebration of their accomplishments.
Words of Brocho and Chizuk were heard from the Admorim of Toldos Avrohom Yitzchok and Lelov with the main address from Rabbi Shmerler.
At the conclusion of the event prizes were distributed; 750 sets of Shulchon Oruch, 250 sets of Shas and 250 sets of Mikro’os Gedoilos. Also, a raffle was held in which some 150 won cash prizes from a pot of 10,000 shekels.
During the event the participants sang and danced to Chabad and Chassidishe niggunim.
This event marked a monumental accomplishment of Achdus with the participation of an extremely wide array of Bochurim from so many different backgrounds including; Gur, Belz, Satmar, Lubavitch, Litvish, Mir, Ponovitch and many many more!

why does it have to be “unpresented achdus”…implied in that phrase is a status quo of non achdus..its ridiculous ..bc each thinks they have to omeid al daieto!
