A Memorable Night YNS, Rabbi O’s
A very memorable event was recently held at YNS when Habochur Hatomim Mendel Lew made a Siyum on Meseches Megillah. He was honored with the presence of his father and both grandfathers.
Rabbi Shmuel Lew, the zaidy from London, spoke about the tremendous nachas he had from his grandson and that Mendel’s success came from a firm commitment on his part to finish the Mesechta.
Rabbi Yossi Laine, the zaidy from Crown Heights, shared his excitement on the siyum being that he had the privilege of being able to learn part of the Mesechta with Mendel over his mid winter break.
Rabbi Pinny Lew, Mendel’s father, beaming with nachas shared his excitement with the bochurim. He mentioned that this is his third time visiting the yeshiva and it amazes him to see the remarkable improvement in each and every bochur.
Rabbi ‘O’rimland takes pride in the great accomplishments that are happening at the yeshiva. He explains that besides this siyum from Mendel Lew the yeshiva celebrated a week earlier seven other siyumim in one night! Mazel Tov to the following bochurim on a job well done: Habochur Hatomim Shimon Feldman, Melech Givre, Shmuly Bialestok, Mendy Weiss, Zalmi Levine, Mendel Morgenstein and to Hashliach Zalmi Orimland.
