Cheder at the Ohel Learns VIA Teleconference

One of New Yorks biggest blizzards did not hinder the boys from Cheder at the Ohel from learning! Students together with their teachers and classmates held conference calls through which they learned together.

Students from the Cheder come from all over Long Island, Queens, Crown Heights and even Connecticut. School was unable to open today due to the tremendous amount of snow and adverse driving conditions.

The Hanhalo and Rebbeim did not want the children miss out in their learning. Each class was able to learn today with their teachers on the phone. This gave the children a sense of cohesiveness and Chayus. Even as the frigid wind blew outside, the boys were still able to experience the warmth of Torah.
