The Future of Klal Yisroel at ULYOP

One of the very innovative programs instituted this year at Lubavatch Yeshiva of Ocean Parkway, through the Shmuel Shrage Middos Program, has been their Rosh Chodesh fabrengens. Every Rosh Chodesh there is a gathering of the 7th and 8th grade students to counteract the fact that the Greeks placed a special emphasis on destroying the concept of Rosh Chodesh.

Making this a special gathering, Mr. Norman Langer Esq. who has been a very active lawyer for many years, honored the students by coming to speak in yeshiva, and reminded the talmidim how important they are. Although they are but 12-13 they should realize they are the future of Klal Yisroel.

The students were mesmerized as he recounted how he saw Hashem answer his prayers. Saving a loved one’s life, resulting in his coming much closer to Torah and Mitzvos. So he reminded each one of them if they will fulfill their part, Hashem will definitely fulfill His promises and there will be peace, prosperity, and happiness for every Jew through out the world.
