New Chabad.org Feature Caters to Jewish.TV Fans

A small but significant addition was made to the chabad.org homepage this week. A box entitled “Upcoming Live Classes on Jewish.TV” now keeps chabad.org visitors up to date on the newest classes and events airing on the sites video portal, Jewish.TV.

Hundreds of video files are added each month to Jewish.TV including a steady schedule of live broadcasts which air each night of the week from Monday through Thursday. Now visitors can have easy access to see in one concise lay-out which new videos are airing during the coming week.

For example, a six-week series on Rambam taught by Rabbi J. Immanuel Schochet currently airs on Monday evenings. On Tuesdays, a new series entitled The Practical Parsha taught by Rabbi Mendel Kaplan airs at 8pm Eastern while a four-week course on reincarnation taught by Rabbi Yisroel Levine airs out of California at 8pm Pacific. This coming Wednesday, the final class of Rabbi Manis Friedman’s three-week series on Science, Faith and Creation will air. With the new “Upcoming Live Classes” Feature on the chabad.org homepage, visitors will easily be able to take note of these offerings in a single glance.
