Shabbaton on a Hill Top

Around two months ago, just before Shavuos, a few dozen women from many different backgrounds came together for a pre-Shavuos Shabbaton on a luxurious estate in Morristown, New Jersey. This was another opportunity to experience one of the unique and inspirational weekends of “Kabbalah of Life” with Chana Ginsburg.

“After the great success and positive response to the event, it was clear that another such weekend would take place in the very near future,” says Rochel Leah, manager of Kabbalah of Life. “In fact, this coming Shabbos Nachamu, following the three weeks of mourning, we are hosting our next Shabbaton in a relaxed, nurturing atmosphere filled with learning and inspiration.”

The highlight of the event will be the interactive classes in Kabbalah and Chassidus, which integrate tools for self awareness and personal growth.

The program will also include farbrengens, dance and movement, a calligraphy workshop and individual coaching.

Throughout the Shabbaton, which will take place at the Vallevue Estate, participants will enjoy scrumptious healthy food, as well as water aerobics and swimming in the gorgeous hilltop pool. A variety of activities will enable participants to enjoy a spiritual, peaceful and stress-relieving weekend.
