    TO CROWN HEIGHTS FIRST:

Every Shliach’s school is also “our own mosed” and while we want the best for CH Yeshivos, we want Shluchum’s schools too to get our votes.

  • CHAIM

  • B.R. Parent

If we vote for Bais Rivka of Crown heights , and they win , will they ease up on their extremely high cost of tuition , or will they be even more greedy ?!?
We’re willing to help out if we get helped in return !

  • crown heights

To number #25: I have the same question as you.
I can give Bais Rivkah many ideas how to use the money so they can bring in programs to help all students who need help. Also extra curricular activities that students can desparately use and also not raise our tuition by so much every year.

  • PROUD PARENT

SILVERSTEIN HEBREW ACADEMY IS A GREAT SCHOOL! PLEASE VOTE FOR THEM. THANK YOU!

  • South Florida Jewish Academy

This school is the only chabad school for special needs children. Please help them win these much needed funds

  • A staff member

Everyone knows that United Lubavitch Yeshiva Ocean Pkwy needs more $ than any other school – most kids going there are non-paying students, No school fees = no $ in the school.
Think how far your vote can go – VOTE UNITED LUBAVITCHER YESHIVA OCEAN PARKWAY!!

  • Bais Chana High School, Los Angeles

Please add Bais Chana High School of Los Angeles to your list above. They need your votes!Thank you! You can make the difference!

  • Parent of Bais Chana Student

    Bs”d

    Bais Chana Chabad High School

  • a helping hand

There are 20 Chabad moisdos (19 on the list and 1 more in the comments)
If everyone would give 0ne vote per moised, ALL the Chabad school’s could win….. (look at Friendship Circle though Chase giving)
Now,I know that it’s almost impossible, and YES, voting for your own community school is of EXTREME importance, so give your local school 5 votes, and use the remaining 15 for others.
Also, PLEASE everyone, get the call out there, to all facebook users, to help as many Chabad school’s as possible.
As one of the comments put it, many shluchim’s children are in these schools and they can certainly use the help of a financial burden being lifted!!

  • Oholei Torah

    Bnos Menache is there

    Oholei Torah is there.

I think every single school is there!!

  • zeesy

Cheder Chabad of Monsey is an incredible Moisad – with many many local monsey children and shluchims children benefitting for a solid chassidishe education. please vote!!

  • South Florida Academy - Special Needs

    check out their site:
    www.*floridajewishacademy*.org and watch their video:

Wow! What a beautiful thing. It is quite impressive and a major kiddush Lubavitch. A school dedicated to special needs children.
Since nobody has suggested which schoool(s) we should get behind, i will humbly suggest this one

  • Supporter of Bais Rivkah

    To 25 & 27
Please consider that $500,000.00 is only a drop in the bucket. I don’t know exactly how many students are in the school, lets assume that there are 1000 students (there is probably more) The official amount of tuition per child is about $10,000.00 that amount is probably based on the costs to maintain the school for example Teachers Salary’s, Electricity/utility costs, food for lunches, plus much more… this already equals many many time more then $500,000.00
Now consider that the Majority of Parents do not pay most of their Tuition simply because they can’t afford it! They do not earn so much…
I am sure Bais Rivkah really wants to help out, but at the same time they are struggling to keep their heads afloat! Every drop that you can help will most probably make a difference. If we want our schools to be good schools we need to help them financially – don’t forget the saying “you get what you pay for”

If you have an issue with the Administration why don’t you arrange a meeting between them & concerned parents.

Bais Rivkah is a school that was established By the Freidiker Rebbe!

There was a point in time when the Rebbe took his name off of Lubavitch Yeshiva Because of the Hanhalah & that is when Oholei Torah Started. But the Rebbe never took his name off Bais Rivkah! As far as I know his name is still on it! As lubavitchers we should be supporting our schools established by our Rebbeim!

  • proudest parent

Please add a truly great school that you missed; Lubavitch Educational Center in Miami, FL. Over 700 kids and growing KA”H.

  • louisville

    torah academy louisville
they need the money to continue their work

  • Joe Brooke

Anyone know which one is the Lubavitcher Yeshivah on Ocean Pkwy?

    Lubavitcher Yeshivah (Kings) Brooklyn, NY

    or

United Lubavitcher Yeshivoth (Kings) Brooklyn, NY

  • how ironic

    BRHS is highly against facebook.
if they win 1/2 million due to facebook…

  • Reply to # 49

If they win 1/2 million due to Facebook they will still be against Facebook!
Because although the internet & Facebook have the power to do a lot of good such as helping a school with 1/2 a million dollars, the Internet & Facebook also have the power to do a lot of bad & harm.

They choose the easy way out saying nobody should use facebook because it can compromise on your chassidishkeit, but they failed to pay attention to the fact that just about everybody already has facebook & it is just not something that you will be able to stop!

By being extra strict people will just get very sneaky. It is a better idea to show & direct people in the right way to use the internet & facebook.

They should be encouraging everyone to get a Mashpia, they should also appoint a chassidishe Mashpia to Farbreng & answer question the girls in the high school may have at least once every two weeks.(the girls need to create a close bond & relationship with whomever they choose for a Mashpia)

There should also be a link on http://www.bethrivakah.edu to shiurim in chitas, Rambam/Sefer Hamitzvos & other things.

I voted five times for both BRHS & BRES, I hope you will do the same as they can use the money!

  • Go Bnos Chomesh!

Vote for Bnos Chomesh Academy! A school that does a serious amount of good for our girls! With their creative staff they will for sure put the money to great use.

  • crown heightser

vote for Bnos Chomesh. it is a small girls high school that focuses on individualized education and it could really use the financial help. if anyone can use the money its Bnos Chomesh! check out the website at bnoschomesh.org

  • ch

    Crown heights parents:
put your money where your mouth is, bote for your own children’s schools. They charge the least tuition of any school compared to oot, and they really need the money!

  • menachem

go for beis chaya mushka of los angeles
and tell anyone you know to do the same

  • CHEDER MENACHEM LOS ANGELES NEEDS YOU

Imagine sending your elementary age child to a school with no playground equipment. I understand that all schools could use a little (or a lot) of extra money to make it better, but a school without the basics should get our votes. I believe strongly that Cheder Menchem Los Angeles NEEDS everyone to vote for them. Even if you don’t send your children there there are hundreds of boys that go through there that are counting on you.

  • Rivka

SAVE UR VOTES AND VOTE FOR CHABAD SCHOOLS THAT HAVE A CHANCE AT WINNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VOTE FOR THE SCHOOLS THAT ALREADY HAVE A LOT OF VOTES – IT IS A CHAVAL TO WASTE VOTES ON SCHOOL’S THAT DO NOT HAVE A CHANCE AT WINNING….WHAT WE WILL HAVE IN THE END IS NO CHABAD SCHOOLS IN THE TOP 20!! • Vote Silverstein Hebrew Academy!

The #1 school in the competition. It can also ensure that they end up as the #1 school as opposed to the Pius Xtian school that will bring Chabad good PR besides the good money. Thanks.
