Top Brass in the New York City Police Department paid a Shiva visit to the Kirnsky Family, who is sitting Shiva following the passing of their sister Rebbetzin Rivka Hecht. Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly, along with the Deputy Commissioner of Intelligence David Cohen paid the visit.
