London Chabad Yeshiva Granted License for Visas
The Yeshiva Gedola Lubavitch in London announced that they are the first Yeshiva in the UK to be granted a license by the United Kingdom Border Agency (UKBA) to sponsor students for study at their Yeshiva.
This will now enable all international students to be legally accepted into the Yeshiva with a visa from the UKBA.
The Yeshiva in London is almost 30 years old and is headed by a dedicated staff under the leadership of the rosh yeshiva Rabbi Yitzchok Meir Hertz.
Don-t forget
Let’s not forget the tireless efforts of Zaide Rader, without whom, they would never have secured this license

Ex London bochor

Benzion Rader
This was not a one man effort. I had the zechus to co-ordinate a great team who worked tirelessly to achieve accreditation and the UKBA sponsorship. They included Avram Weisz, whose imput into the Yeshiva over the years has been invaluable, Akiva Fehler, Yosef Vogel and others. The real stars were Rabbi Hertz, Rabbi Gordon and their team of teachers and the bochurim themselves,
It was they who impressed the Inspectors of the high standard of learning at the Yeshiva and .the care it lavished on the students. This is what gained the high rating given to it by the Inspectors and is reflected in their report.
Nothing would have been possible without the whole Vogel family who have supported the Yeshiva from the outset.
