Cheder Chabad of Monsey Awards Prizes for Learning Baal Peh!
Two months before Yud Alef Nissan, the boys of Cheder Chabad of Monsey began a project to learn Mishnayos Baal Peh, as a gift to the Rebbe, in honor of the Rebbe’s Birthday.
Every week throughout the two month program, prizes were given by raffle to those who were learning Mishnayos Baal Peh. At the completion of the two months the Cheder had collectively learned over 2000 lines of Mishnayos by heart. Many boys learned entire Masechtas by heart!
Yesterday, the 7th of Iyar, a special assembly was held to distribute Seforim as prizes to all of the boys who participated in the program. Some boys earned entire sets of Seforim!
