Chof Beis Shvat in Manchester England – A Royal Reception
Nearly 100 women attend the Chof Beis Shevat evening organised by the ladies of N’shei Chabad, Manchester. The theme of the evening was royalty with the hall and tables decorated with the royal colours of gold, burgundy and black. A beautiful royal reception of salads and milky desserts was served.
The evening was MC’d by Rachel Greenberg and opened with the recitation of Tehillim. This was followed by our very own N’shei Chabad Ladies Choir, who entertained us with their beautiful voices including a heart-warming song about the Rebbetzin.
The highlight of our evening was our guest speaker, Mrs Rika Slavaticki – Shluchah to Antwerp, Belgium who spoke about the royalty within us all and the roles all the Rebbetzins had in supporting their husbands and empowering them to be the Rebbeim that they were.
