The Yeshiva in Kfar Chabad, Israel recently announced their Talmidim that are going to be traveling to Yeshivas around the world and help out with learning with the Bochurim there. The Talmidim HaShluchim will be traveling to Yeshivas in Israel, Argentina, Belgium, Russia, Detroit, Chicago and California.

Is this the first year they are sending out Bochrim? I was there over 10 years ago for a few years and they never used to send out Bochrim in my day. When did they start?
