    Looks like a blast!! I checked out website and it seems like they had a lot of great trips!! My boys in Parksville have been disappointed this year and said their friends
    In Montreal said that they have an awesome program and are really organized!!

    Number 2:: My kid said the the same thing about wanting to try Montreal next year. Parksville have been cutting back on trips and this year they only had one trip second month. Lets hear more about Montreal

  • Very Happy Parent

    We’ve tried all the camps and CGI Montreal is by far the winner!!! Thank you so much for giving our boys a wonderful summer !

    So where is the Chinuch component here? Teaching our children to become “average Joe’s” of American culture?
    I just don’t get it.

    Yeaah yeah, the kids need to have fun. Viffl is der shiur? Does this prepare chassidishe bochurim or “lite”Chabadniks? Estimate a ratio.

    Our kids our growing up in dangerous times.
    All of them should learn how to safely use firearms.
    This is a safe, friendly way to start the process.
    I wish the yeshivas had regular self defense and firearm training classes.
    It would help the kids more in life than sitting on their butts playing kugelach or other board games every recess

    Number 13… Montreal has an excellent and exciting learning component. The kids also need some downtime.. They learn more than 3 hours of the day.
    PS.. There are no chabad lite there…

    @15
    Yes, downtime, agreed. But what kind of downtime.

    Take away the obvious symbols (yarmulkeh etc) and they look just like any other American yukels.

    So: How many will grow up American yukels, where chassidus is an addition to their lives, rather than the core? And how difficult is it to see the drift from that to Lite Chabad?
