Two Days, Two Accidents with same Truck
CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn [CHI] – Two accidents in two days, both involving the same truck and both in the same place, earlier this week. The incidents happened in front of the Family Dollar store on Lefferts Avenue and Kingston Avenue.

In the first incident on Monday evening, the driver of a stalled van was trying to jump start it and forgot to put the car in park, successfully started the vehicle and watched it begin driving away and gaining speed. It came to an abrupt halt when it collided with the parked tractor-trailer who was unloading merchandise to the store.
Needless to say, the van no longer needed that jump start and required a tow truck to remove it. The truck sustained a very insignificant amount of damage.
The second incident took place on Tuesday morning, when the very same tractor-trailer attempted to reverse into the loading dock of the Family Dollar store, and didn’t notice a sedan double parked, and got it wedged underneath the trailer. The driver did not sustain any injuries, and once again the truck did not sustain any significant damage.
