Car Hits Barrier, Wrecks On Utica Ave in Crown Heights

Traffic snarled the early morning commute on Utica Ave in Crown Heights Wednesday when a vehicle hit a pedestrian barrier and went airborne, and landing on an angle.

The cause of the accident has not yet been reported, but the incident took place before 7:30am at the intersection of Crown Street, with emergency responders working to keep traffic moving.

Hatzalah’s assistance was not needed.
