Car Roof Ripped Off After Person Pinned In Crown Heights Crash

A multi car crash in Crown Heights Friday afternoon had emergency vehicles rushing after a person was confirmed as being pinned inside the vehicle.

According to reports, the crash took place on Schenectady Ave between Lefferts and East New York around 6:00pm. Initial responding fire trucks reported that a man was pinned inside the crashed vehicle, prompting the emergency responders to pull out the heavy equipment.

Photos from the crash show two vehicles, both white sedans, with one lacking a roof as the responders cut it away to rescue the trapped motorist. There were no fatalities reported in the crash.
