It wasnt the floor that fell through. The house is in mid of construction-as you can see from the pics, they were standing in a very unsafe area that unfortunately fell through. B“H noone was seriously injured, and IY”H both the woman and the architect will be ok.

  • someone on crown st

    123:

Actually the house belongs to a “Leroy Nash” (according to property records) which I believe is our very own “Laibish Nash”.

  • come on already

webby – is that comment from Yishaya Korn, 10:36 necessary?
With all the suffering we are dealing with these days, can’t we cotrol some of the venom?!?
No love lost for Nash either, but I dont see the need to print it here

  • The joke-s on us

I think Moshe Rubashkin had something to do with this. The house after all belongs to Leroy (Leibish) Nash. Oh, perhaps Yossi Brook had a finger in this pie too. Could it be R’ Segal or is it R’ Osdoba himself? Na, it must be R’ Zirkind he’s a buldozer and R’ Schwei said that he is Posul L’Eidus.

  • incredible what we have come to

its incredible how there is no brotherhood in this community. Webby please take off the name of who owns this house. Those who are yentish enought like Yeshaya Korn to go find out whos house this is can got check for themselves. Also it would be nice to take off the address of the house. Oh and btw just to add…Leibish Nash is prob the only person in the coummunity who actually cares abt others in the community, not power. so thank you Mr. Korn for posting something so unnecessary but if you want to be the bearer of Lashon Harah and some disgustign comments, then I wish you much luck in your life. and there is a reason there is no name in the actual article, because there is such a thing as privacy of the victim/patient….

  • just btw

oh btw for those that actually care about other people adn care abt these ppl who this horrible accident happened to….bh noone broke anything and will IY’H be ok.

The fighting and bickering amongs the “farmers” of Crown Heights is actualy a good thing! It keeps them occupied and out of trouble – not fight Lubavitch and the rebbe’s Mosdos.
    Keep it up

Why is the woman “the wife of the owner of the house”? Isn’t she also an owner equally?

  • Confused on Crown Street

I’m sorry, but the owner of the house is public record. Yeshaya Korn didn’t make any negative comments, he just said who owns it.

So what?? Why are you crazies all reading things into Mr. Korn’s comments that aren’t there? I don’t get it!!

I hope Mrs. Nash & the others have a Refuah Shleima.

PS…FYI, I looked in the Tzach list to see who owns the property. Betcha lots of others did, too!!

What does it mean that “comments must be approved before being published”? It was bad enough what “Korn” and “come on already” wrote, but how in the world could you publish what “the joke-s on us” wrote? It had nothing to do with the article and everything to do with shtupping in a lot of loshon hora. Why give people like that a forum? It is not in the interest of journalism, nor is it in the interest of this community or of Klal Yisroel at all. Especially now, during the three weeks, we should all be extra careful to guard our tongues (and pens). By the way, when it’s so easy for us to find fault (real or imagined) with others, it means that we should take a longer, deeper look at our own selves and correct whatever is there. Refuah Shleimah to all those involved, g’gashmius (those who were physically injured) and b’ruchnius (those who used this unfortunate occasion to ridicule and badmouth others). Let’s try to do what the Rebbe said, which is to have ahavas chinom (love for a fellow Jew for no other reason than that he is a Jew, regardless of whether or not he is deemed likeable or worthy in someone else’s eyes), and let’s bring Moshiach now!

    To saddened:

Actually, the comment from Korn had another comment, very negative and I am glad to see that it was edited out – but that made MY comment actually look like the nasty one, and I apologize

My main point was really that we should curb our comments, and stick to the issue and good wishes

why does everyone need to fight who’s house it belongs to, just say tehillim if any one was hurt!
