Police ‘Scooter’ Flips Over While Responding to Emergency
A police officer who was responding to an emergency was involved in a single vehicle accident as he was speeding down Brooklyn Avenue. In attempt to avoid collision with a car he swerved, went up on two wheels and flipped on his side.
Hatzalah and many more police responded to the scene, giving treatment to the officer, who BH did not sustain any serious injuries.
The accident took place at around 6:30pm and happened on Brooklyn between Union and President Streets. CrownHeights.info has learned that this scooter was brand new and has only been in the fleet for 2 weeks.
