Two Car Accident on Empire and Kingston

CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn [CHI] — Two SUV’s collided mid-intersection after one of them blew threw a red light at high speed. The incident took place at around 1:00am as the two cars, a late model Ford driven by a black man and an older model Ford driven by a black woman, crossed the intersection of Kingston Avenue and Empire Boulevard, each blaming the other for running the light.

Patrolling Shomrim members were first on scene and upon arriving at the scene they called 911 and notified Police and EMS. Thankfully both drivers were ok and did not require any medical attention.

    I do not understand why this website has to always include the race of the people involved.It’s is if you are saying Jewish OK, not Jewish ver vais.

    I was there when it happened, its a good thing the vodka from the Lchaim Iv’e been to made the impact less shocking for me, it was pretty loud!!!

    its one thing if they didnt know if they are yidden or not, but in this case the first responders were shomrim who are proffesionals and quickly detirmind that 911 was more then enough.

    at the end of the day hatzalah caters to the jewish community and if there is no need for them to be called, especially at 1am, then dont call them. 911 has trained emts just like hatzalah and they get paid to do the work they do.

    and menachem, i want to know if there were jews involved or not, identifying their people by race is fine.

    It’s okay to be honest and to tell the truth. You’ll see here, the photo of the man standing by the car. Looks to me like that guy did not have a right of way. The women, it gotta be that she had a green. The man thought maybe if i go first, then she can come last. But no. Ah! But wait a second, the car that had a dent, is not the man’s car. It’s the women’s. She had a green going straight. And the man had a red! So that means, that he damaged his own black car and hit her side door car which was not her to be blamed for. I trust that lady and not that man.
