Accidents All Around Crown Heights

CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn [CHI] — Three accidents in one day is not unfamiliar in Crown Heights, but it hasn’t happened in a few years, until today. Starting with a bad smashup on Lefferts and New York in the morning, then a moderate one Albany and East New York and sealed with a minor one on Empire and Brooklyn.

The first incident involved 4 cars on Lefferts and New York at around 11:15am, two cars collided mid-intersection, sending one car into a storefront causing significant damage and pinned the driver inside the car, the other was smashing into two parked cars which were both owned by Yidden.

Then at around 1:30pm two cars once again collided mid intersection on Albany and East New York Avenue, there were no Yidden involved, and there was one minor injury to one of the passengers.

Later at around 8:00pm another accident involving two cars took place on Empire and Brooklyn where a minivan suddenly switched lanes and tore off the front bumper of a car driven by a yid, there were B”H no injuries in this incident.
