Late Night Joy Ride ends in Disaster on Kingston

CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn [CHI] — A late night joy ride ended with a collision with a parked car. The incident took place at around 4:00am when the Jewish teen attempted to make a left from Montgomery Street onto Kingston Avenue but failed to recover from the turn and slammed into a parked car, causing significant damage and pushing it up onto the sidewalk.

Friends of the teen joined him at the scene and attempted to flee with the wrecked vehicle, but an unsuccessful attempt landed one of them in handcuffs, but was later released.

Thank g-d there were no injuries. It was unclear if the teen had a driver’s license.

Why is the damaged car still parked on Kingston? Can’t the cops locate the owner?
I hope whoever owns the car sues the little yutz who smashed into their car and then tried to leave the scene of the accident! (Um… not so legal….)
