Stabber May Have Been Spotted Near Beis Rivkah

Mrs. Rivkah Brikman, whose son Leiby was stabbed on the streets of Crown Heights earlier this month, has a troubling message for the residents of the neighborhood: her son’s attacker may have been spotted near the Beis Rivkah girls’ school, and the NYPD’s crime tip line did nothing to apprehend him.

  • Community council????

I think the community council is partially responsible.
We have a whole bunch of people who are on payroll, who live off the community council and they haven’t done a damn thing! except for have “brunches” and rub shoulders.
Sorry they would’ve caught the stabber by now if this was boro park or williamsburg.

  • Breakfast

But it’s ok we just had a nice event to honor all the wonderful people in the community council and the NYPD for doing a really really good job

This is crown heights hate today this he will get away I hope to be proven worng but we are second class citizens and our safety isn’t priority one for the cops

    Mrs. Brikman,
If you would call for a massive demonstration with much publication, it would be attended by many. You have the power to unite us as a community in order to ensure the safety of our family members, neighbors, etc.
It is frightening that our community leaders, shomrim, etc. haven’t come together to catch this perpetrator by checking video cameras and doing their own investigations. What can we, as parents, do?

  • new community counsel election

at this point we must have new community counsel elections , our head of the community counsel does not
do much for our safety or housing issues,
we need to have elections for a new vaad hakahal

Elections? How many years ago was the last farce? these people don’t give a rat’s toenail about CH, they care about their egos, kovod, photo ops and lining their pockets. That’s why there aren’t elections, and even if there were, they would be fraudulent.

    • Larry

Elections to elect people from a different community to come here the people here are not worth …….

  • Community council-representatives?

Where are you???? There should be serious work and effort put into this behind scenes… Not only when the cameras are out…
Community council- pls take this seriously!!!!

  • MENDEL

what about the lives of our children they need to tackle this problem once and for all

  • Larry

You want them to come quickly should’ve followed him call 911 and say there’s a man with a gun by the children’s school I think they would’ve came Or maybe not

  • community council- Feh

Safety issues , Jewish developers from outside running amok and buying EVERYTHING up, unfair and excessive ticketing, unscrupulous real estate companies such as Tal Realty, and so much more; & the community council is largely absent, busy with useless events and self congratulatory photo ops.
Throw the bums out – please.
