On top of the NYC Marathon on Sunday, the President of the United States is coming to town this weekend.

President Trump is heading to Madison Square Garden Saturday night, and then will retire for the night at Trump Plaza on Fifth Ave and 56th St, where he is expected to leave Sunday morning as the NYC Marathon is en route.

The president will fly in Saturday around 8:00 pm, and soon after the northbound FDR Drive will close from the Battery to 34th St, which will be closed until Eighth Ave. The main event, is scheduled for 10:00pm, so Midtown will go back into lockdown around 11:00pm. Traffic on Broadway, Seventh and Eighth Aves, will all be severely affected.

The president will likely leave Sunday morning sometime between 9:00am and 11:00am triggering “freezes” on all avenues from Fifth to First and closing the FDR down to Wall St.

Good Luck Driving!
