Picture of the Day: Lining Up for a Swab

A large group of people line up on Kingston Ave. to have their cheek swabbed to see if they are a match for a bone marrow transplant for Adam Krief, a young Jewish father of 3 who was recently diagnosed with blood cancer and is in desperate need for a matching donor.

I was already tested and am on the national registry.
Hopefully today’s testing will find good matches for Adam and the many members of klal yisroel who are in desperate need. Refuah shalayma

  • BRAVO!!

I have been on the registry for 30 years. I think I may be too old by now, but I am heartened to see so many people all over the world participated. May both big & little Adam find their matches & a refuah shleima to everyone who is sick.
