Cheder at the Ohel Greets Rosh Chodesh Kislev with Joy

Students at Cheder at the Ohel were treated to a farbrengen with Cheder parent, Rabbi Zalman Wolowik of Chabad of the Five Towns and dancing with an in-house band in honor of Rosh Chodesh Kislev.

Rabbi Wolowik spoke to the boys about his personal experience being in 770 for Shimini Atzeres of 5738. Rabbi Wolowik was an 8 year old boy at the time, but he remembered the day clearly.

After the Farbrengen the boys were treated to an in house band with lively dancing in honor of the joy the Chassidim felt when the Rebbe returned to the downstairs of 770.

Kita Zayin student Shuey Geisinsky played the keyboard and Kita Vov student Mullie Fishbein played the flute. All the boys danced joyfully while the two boys played Chasidishe Niggumin.
