Yeshivas Bein Hazmanim a Success
MANCHESTER, England [CHI] — In the small Lubavitch community of Manchester, England, the bochurim returning for the Nissan Bein Hazmanim from yeshiva ketanos around the world, were not bored.
The Yeshivas Bein Hazmanim occupied the bochurim all through the month. The Sedorim took place at Beis Menachem Community Centre where the bochurim learned Gemorah Mesichtas Pesachim and studied the first few perakim of Shaar Hayichud VeHoemunah in depth.

Saratoga Climbs Mt. Sefira
SARATOGA, SPRINGS, NY [CHI] — Entertained by Jugglers, and urged on by their parents on the ground, scores of children at Saratoga Chabad’s Pesach Upstate NY fair dared to ascend 49 “Sefira” steps on a 3 story rock climbing symbolizing the daily Mitzva to reach the heights of “Mt. Sinai.”

Passover Highlights from Russia’s Western Port
KALININGRAD, Russia — Passover in Kaliningrad, like in Jewish communities worldwide, was marked with both celebration and pensiveness. Preparations were made by young and old in advance of the holiday. Before Passover began, adult Jews strove to sell their non-kosher items.
