BDE….i met Motti a number of times in the 90s and last saw him dancing on the corner of kingston and eastern parkway the morning of the Rebbe’s passing. … again BDE

Such a terrible loss for S. Florida. Literally built a community and was its leader and doogmah chaya throughout. He will be sorely missed.

once I was in lauderdale and on shabbos walked to his shul. Suddenly it started to rain very hard and I got my shertuk soaked.
So I took it off and hung it up.
Moti asked me where my sertuk was and I explained it is soaking. So he went into his office and took out a spare. But it did not fit me, so he took off the sertok he was wearing and told me to wear it and he would wear the other one.
What a warm person. He always hugged people and his warmth radiated.
    He will be missed.
Consolations to his family and congregation.
