    A great loss.

Rabbi Hendel will always be remembered by my family by the kindness, warmth and openess he always displayed.

I’m now looking at a photo of Rabbi Hendel at my bris in 1960 – he was the sandek with my proud father looking on.

My his family be spared further sorrow.
