Gaza Terrorists Fire 36 Rockets Toward Southern Israel Over Shabbos
Thirty-six rockets were fired from Gaza towards southern Israel on Friday evening. IDF soldiers manning the Iron Dome missile defense system intercepted six rockets aimed at populated areas.
A siren was sounded shortly after 11:00 p.m. in Kibbutz Kissufim, located in the Eshkol Regional Council near the border with Gaza. One of the rockets fired exploded near a road in a town in the region, damaging the road.
There are no reports of physical injuries.
