New York State Creates New Regulations To Shut Down Persistent Overnight Camps

Overnight camps that found their ingenuity and used loopholes to open in New York State this summer are now in trouble, as the State institutes new regulations to shut them down.

The order was released on July 10th, closing the “temporary residence” loophole that allowed for certain locations, such as hotels, to continue operating with overnight camps inside.
