NCFJE Thanks Community Following Successful Parade

NCFJE would like to thank the entire community for the success of yesterday’s Lag B’Omer celebration, the largest of its kind online with an estimated 50,000 viewers.

We would specifically like to thank Moshe Berghoff and Mottel Sudak of Chabad.org for the online feed, and the Drizin family for sponsoring the program in loving memory of R’ Mendel Drizin and Mrs. Sara Drizin.

NCFJE pulled off another surprise by giving out free ice cream to all children during the afternoon float procession yesterday, sponsored by Tofutti. Special thanks goes to Rabbis Efraim Mintz and Sholom Ber Baumgarten for procuring the sponsorship.

We would also like to thank the NYPD for their help ensuring the float procession was conducted in an orderly and safe manner, and Rabbis Chanina Sperlin and Yossi Teleshevsky for their help.

But most of all, we would especially like to thank the Crown Heights community – the boys and the girls – for coming out in support, and adhering to the social-distancing guidelines and keeping safe, making a Kiddush Hashem and bringing Nachas Ruach to the Rebbe and Rashbi; and thank the broader world-wide community for tuning in and making it the #1 Program.

Thank you!
