Bais Rivkah To Hold Mega Reunion

Calling all Bais Rivkah Alumnae!

We live across the globe, occupy diverse careers, speak tens of languages, and impact individuals from all walks of life. Thousands of Beth Rivkah Alumnae live vastly different lives, yet we share a common thread that unites us within the BR Embrace. We were all educated in the school established by the Frierdiker Rebbe, and empowered to be lamplighters wherever we may be.

For the first time ever, the Beth Rivkah Alumnae Association invites all alumnae to join together on Wednesday, 17 Shvat, February 12 at 7:30 pm for a mega-reunion, kicking off the 22 Shvat weekend. You will enjoy an opportunity to catch up with old friends and teachers, to gain inspiration from fellow alumnae, and to make a real impact on the future of our girls’ chinuch. In keeping with our mission to unite and inspire alumnae worldwide, the program will feature:

Embrace Talks: Four alumnae and one current student- five generations share how their Bais Rivkah experience has impacted their story.
You will hear from Mrs Chaya Teldon, in her talk “Thank you Bais Rivkah!”, as well as Mrs Rivka Karnowsky, “The completeness of a broken heart.” In her humorous style, Sonia Hershkowitz will speak about how “Class Isn’t Over”, and Chanie Wilschanski will share how to “Lead with Values- Create a Ripple Effect.” Chana Reiter, a current student in Bais Rivkah, will share her story of “Seeing the Higher Purpose.”

Musical Presentation: Take a musical trip down memory lane with a medley of BR Production classics

Chinuch Tank: Participate in an innovative new competition to improve our girls’ chinuch. Hear presentations by our incredible BR teachers on how they would use $25,000 to improve our school, and vote on what you think is the best idea. Thanks to a generous sponsor, the winning teacher will receive a $1,000 prize and $25,000 to implement her plan.
