A man was shot in the leg Tuesday night in what appears to have been a firefights in a parking lot of the Albany Ave projects.
Police responded to a report of shots fired around 11:00pm, arriving to find the victim shot in the leg.
Witnesses reported a large amount of shots fired prior to the police arriving, and the perpetrator was witnessed fleeing the scene in a Nissan vehicle.
The victim was considered to be in non life threatening condition, and was transported to the hospital.
