Not doubting the good intentions of the publishers etc. but I don’t think it’s appropriate to circulate a weekly maamar from a rebbe that isn’t our rebbe.
A maamar isn’t just learning torah; it is how a rebbe connects the neshamos of his generation to hashem.
(it was only when the rebbe said a maamar on yud shevat that it was official he had accepted the nesius)
