Popular Teacher Course Introduces Individual Tracks

As previously reported on Crownheights.info, Igud Hamelamdim will be running its 7th gold-star Teachers’ Training Course, in-person and online.

This year’s course will run from Monday, 18 Taamuz through Thursday, 5 Menachem Av (June 28th-July 14th).

Sessions will take place on Sundays and weekday evenings. Each participant will receive an accreditation certificate at the completion of the course.

“What’s new and innovative about this year’s upcoming course, “ says Rabbi Bluming, Director of Igud Hamelamdim, “is that by popular demand, we are opening up to those who’ve already taken our course previously. We are now introducing “Choose your own track”, for those who have already trained but haven’t done the newest tracks”.

When Rabbi Yanki Fogel trained at Igud Hamelamdim’s Teacher course 3 years ago, he was preparing to teach 2nd grade. Now, he feels that teaching Gemara is more up his line. With the addition of the Gemara Bifnim track, featuring specific techniques on covering ground in Gemara, Rabbi Fogel is thrilled to be joining once again. .
