$300,000 to Support the Work of Chabad at ASU

Stress, Anxiety, Confusion, and Challenge. This is what so many people are feeling during these days of Covid-19. For many, they are so alone and isolated and find it so difficult simply to function on a daily basis.

We know without a doubt that’s the greatest support that we can give a fellow Jews is providing them the richness and meaning of Torah and Mitzvos. When we share a Torah class or a Shabbos meal with a fellow Jew, we are able to see how it infuses them with courage and hope to keep moving forward even during this dark time.

This is the power of a Chabad House on campus. A college campus is a place where there are always so much struggles and darkness, pulling the students in so many different directions and away from their Neshama and truest selves.

The Shliach and Shlucha able to provide the support, love and direction to help these young men and women sustain themselves and become better people and most importantly better Jews.

The Arizona State University located in Tempe Arizona is the largest campus in this country. There are over 60,000 students who populate this campus and among them 3,500 precious Jewish souls.

The Rebbe’s Shluchim to ASU, Rabbi Shmuel and Chana Tiechtel are there every single day, creating a safe space for the students and so many smiles on their faces.

They have committed themselves to be there for them 24/7, providing physical, emotional and mental safety for every Jew on campus, creating meaningful experiences and happy faces at a home away from home where every Neshama feels welcome and connected.

Today college campuses are the front line to prevent assimilation. Sadly so many young Jewish men and women are marrying out and are slowly slipping away from Yiddishkeit. Anti-Semitism is felt all and the Chabad House is the beacon of light and anchor of strength for hundreds of students.

For the next 36 hours only Chabad at ASU is hosting a special matching campaign where every single dollar is quadrupled. The goal is to raise $300,000 to support the daily work of the Chabad House.

Now is the time for you to jump on board and do your part to help the Rebbe’s Shluchim on the front lines ensuring a bright Jewish future and bringing Moshiach now!
