Paris Community Bids Farewell to One of Their Own

This morning, a funeral was held in Paris for Rabbi Shmuel Vlansi, OBM, a longtime member of the Chabad community of Paris, who made Aliyah about fifteen years ago, and passed away suddenly from cardiac arrest during a visit to his hometown in France. He was 70 years old.
