Camp Emunah Update: Bunkhouse Renovated

A bunkhouse at Camp Emunah, suffering from years of wear and tear, was completely gut renovated just in time for summer 2018 by a group of philanthropists, led by Crown Heights businessman Shaya Gordon. Renovations included entirely new interiors, furniture and beds, air conditioning, as well as state-of-the-art showers and bathrooms.

The bunk was in very bad condition, and was nowhere near the standards we want to see in Emunah,” said camp administrator Rabbi Hanoch Hecht. “By the time the renovations were complete, the bunk was basically an entirely new building. It’s beautiful.”

Camp Emunah began a serious of updates and renovations in advance of it’s 66th summer season in 5778. The Camp administration are planning numerous updates and innovations planned for summer 5779 as well.
