    the Shliach who speaks in the second half of the video, first in Ivrit and then in English, is Rabbi Danny Cohen of Hevron, good friend of the family, the one who is responsible for getting Chabad involved… and for setting in motion all the candlelighting ceremonies that evolved from Chabad’s waking up to this tragedy and sensistive opportunity.
