1 Dead, 1 Injured in Stabbing Attack at Israeli Supermarket

Two Palestinians armed with knives entered a supermarket near Jerusalem in the West Bank and stabbed two Israeli civilians, killing one and wounding the other, before they were shot and wounded by an Israeli bystander.

From VIN News:

Channel 10 TV reported that the Palestinian attackers, teenagers from the Ramallah area, walked around the supermarket for about 20 minutes scoping out victims before stabbing two shoppers.

One of them, 21 years old, was critically wounded after suffering stab wounds to his neck. He was treated at the scene and transported, unconscious, to Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem where he later succumbed to his wounds.

The second victim, 36-year-old Avi Avital, resident of the nearby Jewish community of Tel Zion, suffered moderate stab wounds in the back and was transported fully conscious to Hadassah Hospital on Mount Scopus in Jerusalem. Several other people at the scene suffered from shock, including a pregnant woman.

The station spoke with an unidentified civilian who said he opened fire at the attackers. The civilian, who was carrying a gun, said he was inside a prayer area near the supermarket and soon after services began, he heard screaming, went outside and shot at the attackers.

Any time an Arab does something to harm an Israeli the response should be to evict at least 100 Arab families from Israel then they will stop them themselves and if the rest of the world doesn’t like it , who cares, they should be told where to get off….

  • WHY ??

WHY CANT WE JUST WIPE THEM ALL AWAY OFF THE FACE OF THE MAP AND THEN THERE WILL BE NO MORE PROBLEMS IN ISRAEL….. FOR GOOD ??

  • It is NOT the West Bank

It is the center of Eretz Yisrael. Please remember to correct it when copying from other news outlets. West Bank is a political term atarted by the Jordanians to lay claim to the land in 1948, and has continued to today to mean that it is not Israel.
