SALT LAKE CITY, UT — A salvaged Torah Scroll, from Holocaust Europe, will be completed by having its final letters handwritten by participants in the dedication ceremony at 6 p.m. Jan. 17 at Chabad Lubavitch of Utah, 1760 S. 1100 East.

Members of the Utah Jewish Community and Utah dignitaries are expected to attend this public ceremony.

Rabbi Benny Zippel discovered the scroll in Provo and rescued it. It has been restored and will be dedicated to the memory of Simon and Margaret Price, late parents of U.S. Ambassador John Price.
