Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – Over 150 Jews celebrated Pesach this year in central Sedorim organized and arranged by Rabbi Menachem Mendel Hartman Shliach to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, which took place in Ho Chi Minh City and in the city of Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam.

The Sader in Hanoi is believed to be the first public Sader that has ever taken place in the city. Participating were over 80 Jewish Tourists, and was conducted by Rabbi Nochum Shtrasberg and his wife who have been in Hanoi for the past few months assisting Rabbi Hartman with his outreach.

The central Sader took place in Ho Chi Minh City and was conducted by Rabbi Hartman and his wife with the participation of over 150 local Jewish residents and tourists.

Bochurim who were sent on Merkos Shlichus in order to conduct Sedorim were sent to Vietnam as well, the Temimim Dov Berish Henig and Shneur Zalman Deitsch were those that assisted the Shluchim in making these Sedorim possible.
